Designed for use in all types of applications from normal to heavy machine cutting, QCC’s 524 Series tip mix machine cutting torches have a 4,000 CFH flow capacity and can cut through material up to 30″ thick. These torches are built using high-quality components to reduce maintenance and eliminate down time and feature positive pressure, with fuel gas and preheat oxygen mixed in the cutting tip for greater flow rates. 524 Series torches are available in 10″ or 20″ lengths or can be custom-ordered in any length specific to your application.

Requirements
Cutting oxygen supply capable of at least 4,000 CFH at 125 PSI measured at the torch inlet while flowing
3/8” oxygen hose and T-grade fuel hose or 1/2” oxygen hose with adapter
Two-hose configuration includes “B” hose fittings
Three-hose configuration includes a “B” hose fitting for fuel and a “C” hose fitting for cutting Oxygen
Not for use with acetylene – alternate fuels only
Options
Choose either 10” or 20” length
Optional 32-pitch rack is ready for mounting on machine application
Available in 2 or 3 hose configurations
